The Great Caterer Caper

To solve the mystery, each table group will solve five "sets" of puzzles, starting with the ones inside their first mesh bag. Each time a set is completed, one member of each table group will race to the Game Master, share the secret code they've uncovered, and receive their next "set" of puzzles. With each successful solve, groups will also receive a puzzle piece for their final puzzle box, as well as a clue about a member of the catering staff.

* Please return your mesh bags and all contents therein each time you visit the Game Master to help with efficient clean-up at the end of the game. Please use the contents checklist on the back of each mesh bag to help you re-pack.

Each puzzle set can be divided among the members of the table group so that everyone can participate. If your section of the table is not understanding your task, try swapping materials to see if a new set of eyes might help.

When all five sets have been solved, the table group will have enough pieces to construct their final puzzle box. This puzzle box is part of a larger image that must be completed by the entire room in order to solve the mystery of the "Great Caterer Caper".

But We Are Stuck!!!!

If groups get stuck, they can use the hint codes (found on a card in their mesh bags) to access the clue system on this website. Alternately, table groups can do a little networking around the room and ask for hints from other groups. If YOUR table group is approached for a hint, please help your fellow dinner guests, but do not outright give the answer. This is not a competition, so withholding information is not necessary. But do not give away the solution, as you do not want to take away the satisfaction of the solve for your fellow dinner guests.
